Do you currently work within Hospitality as a General Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Waitress, in a front of house role and are searching for an opportunity that allows you to develop your career whilst still working within the industry? Talent Manager Ideal Profile

• Must be confident on the phone, incoming and outgoing
• Previous experience working within hospitality, preferably within a service led, front of house role
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and helping the professionals within it to progress
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving license

Talent Manager Responsibilities

• Liaising with hospitality professionals such as chefs and front of house on a regular basis
• Building relationships with a broad range of people within the hospitality sector
• Use your current industry knowledge to expand your network and find the best candidates within the industry
