Due to a launch of a new area of the business following a successful period of growth, my client, who are leaders in the construction industry are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead and maximise sales opportunities across the UK. This is an incredibly exciting time to join the business on their journey of growth and would suit an accomplished sales-person who is looking to maximise their earning potential with the prospect of leading their own sales team.

Your role as Sales Manager:

  • Identifying and qualifying leads and customer enquiries into new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing business (B2B)
  • Raising sales orders and allocating stock
  • Build long lasting relationships with customers  
  • Expected to travel to give demonstrations of equipment

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in a sales role
  • Experience in the construction sector is beneficial

Working hours, salary and benefits 

  • Up to £50,000 basic (DOE)
  • Uncapped bonus potential with realistic earning potential (Year 1 £30,000)
  • Company car and fuel card
  • Office based in East Lancs with frequent travel to sister site in Yorkshire
  • 24 days holiday plus Bank holidays
