Deputy Manager - OFSTED

Clitheroe, Full Time Hours, £39,000 per annum (DOE)

We are working with an established Children's Residential provider to recruit a Deputy Manager to join their team in Clitheroe. This role is for full-time hours and includes sleeps, so you must be flexible to work this pattern as required.

Skills needed:

  • Full Manual Driving License
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
  • Desire to develop into a Registered Children's Home Manager
  • Flexibility to work unsociable shift patterns

As a Deputy Manager your main duties will include, leading the team to deliver high quality care to children and young people. You will need to be able to ensure all risks are safely managed in line with company policies and procedures whilst undertaking an in-depth quality and bespoke training package. In addition, you will be required to communicate effectively young people's care plans and other associated documentation and attend staff meetings to help develop and improve the service model.
