Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing contracts for our client's roofing, cladding, and liquid roofing projects across various sites. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage roofing, cladding, and liquid roofing contracts from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the roofing, cladding, and liquid roofing sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.
  • Extensive knowledge of liquid roofing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license (as the role involves national travel).
  • Flexibility to travel across various sites (mainly North Wales, North West, North East, and Yorkshire).
