As a pipefitter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of water through pipelines, treatment plants, and distribution networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain water supply and wastewater pipelines.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install pipes, valves, and fittings.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues related to water distribution systems.
  • Work in a variety of environments, including treatment plants, reservoirs, and distribution networks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pipefitter, preferably in the water sector.
  • Knowledge of water treatment processes and distribution systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) are advantageous.
