Your new role

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for a data consent project which affects the clients of the organisation in question. Working on both current and previous clients, you will be required to obtain consent to share their information with the organisations parent company. In this role your duties and responsibilities will include - - Sending out correspondence to over 10000 clients- Utilising different methods of contact - marketing, email, telephone call- Speaking to clients where required to explain the requirement for their consent- Working on bespoke systems- Updating excel with large amounts of data - Data migration and manipulation- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders- Written and verbal communicationWhat you'll need to succeed

In the role, you will be required to mix both administrative and customer service skills to ensure you provide both the end organisation and your clients a first-class service. You will be experienced at working on excel and have the ability to use your initiative to implement innovative ways of obtaining the required information. You will enjoy working with large amounts of data and will be adept at working autonomously and as part of a small team. You will have experience in a customer service/administration role and ideally will have previous experience of working on bespoke projects from start to finish.What you'll get in return

You will be paid between £24k-£29k and will be offered a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. You will work 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday, either 8AM-4PM or 9AM-5PM. You will work in the office full-time for 3 months, following which you will be offered a hybrid working policy. The role offers 28 days holiday, death in service X2 and free parking on site.
