We are working with several Secondary Schools across Greater Manchester to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for a start in September 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize the classroom for learning activities.
• Provide literacy support and assist with reading programs.
• Offer individual help to students as needed.
• Assist with curriculum implementation and record-keeping.
• Support behavior management to maintain a positive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Experience Matters:Previous experience with KS3 and KS4 pupils, whether in educational or youth settings.
• Strong Classroom Presence:Confident in managing classroom dynamics and adapting to different learning environments.
• Passion for Education:Committed to nurturing student development and promoting learning.
• UK School Experience:Familiarity with UK school environments preferred.
