Working from the best facilities with a fantastic working environment they employ varied manufacturing processes to back their heavy investment in R&D.

Job Description

  • Managing a small section of Design Engineers designing for Offsite manufacturing (DFM).
  • Working on cutting edge design solutions that are revolutionising the housing sector.
  • DFM - Leading the way in modern methods of construction (MMC)
  • As a Senior Product/ Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be working within the R&D team offering solutions across a variety of projects varying in complexity.

About You

  • You must have strong Solidworks experience.
  • Strong organisational ability
  • A hands-on approach with the team and projects
  • Either worked with building regs. Or worked to standards and willing to learn.
  • You will display confidence in your ideas and opinions as you will shape the new systems being built.
  • This role will need strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous knowledge of a variety of materials such as plastic, metal, rubber and timber; and processes: from extrusion, injection moulding and casting.
