Manufacturing Team Leader - Assembled Product

They now seek to recruit an accomplished and ambitiousManufacturing TeamLeader (days)to join their dynamic team assisting the Head of Manufacturing in ensuring operations run efficiently and manufacturing KPIs are met, developing their team and working on a range of projects concerning continuous improvement, quality and safety, whilst generally instilling a positive culture of open communication, pride, passion and excellent organisation

Key skills

  • Previous experience in amanufacturing leader, production supervisororshift leader role,or maybe youre an ambitious lead operative looking to step up into more of a managerial role
  • Previous experience leading, developing and motivating teams within an improvement focusedmanufacturingsetting assembledproduct preferred
  • Any engineering knowledge a bonus
  • Some knowledge and experience inLeanmanufacturing androot causeproblem solving tools advantageous
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving tool kit
  • Thrives working at pace and to deadlines and engaging with a multifunctional team to getresults
  • Innate ability toengage, influence and coachothers to perform to the best of their ability
