Graduate Design Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Graduate Design Engineer to join the engineering office team based in Clydebank. This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate with strong SolidWorks skills and an interest in design processes, drafting, and continuous improvement.

• Creating and modifying technical drawings and templates using SolidWorks
• Assisting senior engineers with design and drafting tasks
• Supporting the development and implementation of design processes
• Helping to introduce and improve drawing standards and documentation systems
• Collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure design accuracy and clarity

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field
• Proficient in SolidWorks - experience creating 2D drawings and 3D models is essential
• Good understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Salary dependent on experience (Likely 25k-30k)
