As Account Manager you will be part of a small sales admin team of 3, managing the internal order process from initial enquiry through to visual approval, production, and final invoicing. Your main duties will include:
- Handle phone and email enquiries, discussing customer requirements.
- Enter enquiries into the system and produce quotations.
- Manage jobs from enquiry stage through to visual approval, ensuring adherence to vehicle specifications and accommodating any requested amendments.
- Support external sales contacts as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging these relationships to gain new contacts or recommendations.
- Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience within an Account Manager, Customer Service, Internal Sales Support style of role
- You will possess a strong skill set in customer care, account management and sales administration
- Excellent attention to detail is required in this role, looking at many elements including specific colours, wording, dimensions, resolution
- Any background in design, graphics or artwork would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
- A personable nature and the ability to thrive in phone interactions with customers are essential
- Relationship building must come naturally to you
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all decision-making levels.
