We are recruiting an Account Manager with proven impeccable attention to detail to join a long established organization that supplies graphics to a specialist industry. This is a full time permanent role based in Clydebank working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and on Fridays 8.30am-2.30pm!! Salary on offer is 30-35k per annum dependent on experience plus overtime paid at x1.5 rate!

As Account Manager you will be part of a small sales admin team of 3, managing the internal order process from initial enquiry through to visual approval, production, and final invoicing. Your main duties will include:

  • Handle phone and email enquiries, discussing customer requirements.
  • Enter enquiries into the system and produce quotations.
  • Manage jobs from enquiry stage through to visual approval, ensuring adherence to vehicle specifications and accommodating any requested amendments.
  • Support external sales contacts as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging these relationships to gain new contacts or recommendations.
  • Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate.

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within an Account Manager, Customer Service, Internal Sales Support style of role
  • You will possess a strong skill set in customer care, account management and sales administration
  • Excellent attention to detail is required in this role, looking at many elements including specific colours, wording, dimensions, resolution
  • Any background in design, graphics or artwork would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • A personable nature and the ability to thrive in phone interactions with customers are essential
  • Relationship building must come naturally to you
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all decision-making levels.
