My client is a trusted and well-known Manufacturer, who have a reputation for quality. They have been established for over 40 years and with 11 locations they continue to grow. They are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their friendly and busy team in Glasgow.

You will need a driving license as you will occasionally driving the 2.5T vebicle to assist the driver with local deliveries.

This is a fully office-based role, working 40 hours per week Mon-Friday 8am-4.30pm (30 minutes break).

  • The position will involve a mixture office, warehouse and trade counter based duties.
  • You will be working closely with the Manager so you will need to be a confident communicator, with the ability to oversee other team members or make decisions.
  • Dealing with incoming calls and building relationships with customers.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and picking goods.
  • Taking and processing customers sales orders.
  • Credit checking customers accounts and providing them with quotes.
  • You will also be covering the trade counter, serving customers and cash handling.
  • Handling and checking goods against supplier paperwork.
  • Booking stock in daily and monitoring stock levels.
