Our client is looking for a Technical Product Lead - GDS

This role is a hybrid position which can be based in either Glasgow or Aberdeen.

The main purpose of a Technical Product Lead is to continually enhance our clients workflows and drive efficiencies through greater use of automated processes, streamlined workflow scripting or adoption of mid-back-office ERP features.

Providing 2nd level support for customers and colleagues, Work with developers to resolve bugs and test frequent sprint releases, Supporting GDS booking scripts/smart-flows for online customers and NDC flows

The role is working for a highly regarded Travel Management Company, who are extremely successful, passionate with an exciting future ahead!

Working Monday- Friday, this is a full time position in a busy and welcoming office environment. We’re keen to hear from people who EITHER already have a great understanding of Technical product in the travel industry

• Exceptional experience using Amadeus GDS and Productivity Suite

• A deep knowledge of travel invoicing software, processes, and system administration

• Good understanding of airline BSP/ARC transactions and processes

• Have a good understanding of Amadeus NDC workflows

• Good understanding of GDPR and working with protected personal data

• Previous experience working in a technical support/corporate reservations

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office/365 products and automation workflows

• Experience configuring supporting other travel technology systems (rail, hotel, other)

• Previous experience implementing new customers onto travel systems
