Welder / Fabricator - About the role:

We are now looking to recruit skilled welder / fabricators to join our team.

The role involves welding and fabricating structural and architectural steel. We're seeking skilled welders with experience in producing high-quality work where attention to detail and a cosmetic finish are essential.

What we need from you:

Successful candidates must be able to interpret fabrication drawings and have a solid understanding of MIG welding. Experience with workshop hand tools, grinders, and bandsaws is also required.

•  Fork lift truck driving, experience preferred
•  Work on own initiative and from supplied drawings
•  Internal material movement using an overhead crane
•  Some painting of steelwork
•  Loading and unloading of materials on/off vehicles
•  General housekeeping and upkeep of welding plant machinery and working areas

Individuals must have a flexible approach to working hours and be willing and able to work overtime as and when required. Attitude to work is as important as experience.
