Technical Customer Service Advisor – Heating Appliances (Exeter)
Do you hold a Gas Safe or HETAS certification? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading heating appliance manufacturer in Exeter as a
Technical Customer Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical advice on heating appliances via phone and email to customers, retailers, and the general public.
- Resolve technical issues related to installation, building regulations, operations, and safety for the Company’s and associated products.
- Offer fault-finding assistance and document all calls and issues on the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Gas Safe (CCN1, HTR1, CONGLP1, CPA1) and/or HETAS (H002, H003, H004, H006) certified.
- Experience in the heating industry (knowledge of solid fuel, gas, electric products a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, diplomatic approach to customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional standards.
