About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Planning team as an Administrator. This temporary position is expected to last until the end of June 2025. You will play a key role in reducing the number of missed appointments by proactively contacting customers via text, email, and telephone the day before their scheduled visits.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Contacting customers to remind them of their upcoming appointments
- Updating customer records accurately through data entry
- Meeting targets while ensuring high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Taking meticulous notes and maintaining clear communication with both customers and team members
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments via phone, email, and text
- Perform data entry to update customer records
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
- Pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Hours per week: 37 hours
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, between 7:30am and 6:30pm on alternating shifts
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- A team player attitude, ready to collaborate and support colleagues
- Experience with using multiple systems (desirable but not essential)
