Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client's Distribution Centre in Emerald Park, Bristol.

You will be working on a 5 out of 7 day rota hours either (Apply online only) or (Apply online only).You will be working in a busy transport distribution office so transport knowledge is required.

PAYE pay rates for the first 12 weeks are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday (Apply online only): £12.13
  • Monday to Friday (Apply online only): £15.51
  • Saturday & Sunday (Apply online only): £15.16
  • Saturday & Sunday (Apply online only): £ 18.54


After 12 weeks the PAYE pay rates are:

  • Monday to Friday (Apply online only): £15.19
  • Monday to Friday (Apply online only): £18.96
  • Saturday & Sunday (Apply online only): £18.05
  • Saturday & Sunday (Apply online only): £ 21.81


Your Time at Work
Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate vehicle and load details to drivers using a daily planner.
  • Monitor the accuracy and completion of deliveries.
  • Administer delivery documentation during drivers' debrief.
  • Handle telephone enquiries from customers, drivers, and internal departments.
  • Support additional administrative duties as required by the Transport Shift Manager and operations team.

  • Confident and capable communicator.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
  • Attention to detail with good time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Experience in a transport office.

Desirable but Not Essential:

  • Familiarity with Microlise.
