- Produce accurate management accounts and provide robust analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with directors and department heads to review monthly performance against financial targets.
- Prepare board reports and financial review packs.
- Generate weekly flash reports and ensure their accuracy.
- Maintain and update balance sheets monthly, supporting audit requirements.
- Ensure recharge methodologies are well-supported with documented assumptions.
- Record and eliminate intercompany transactions upon consolidation.
- Manage the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes to ensure timely completion.
- Contribute to achieving the finance function’s goals and assist in creating a best-in-class finance team.
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant role.
- Ideally part-qualified or nearing completion of CIMA or ACCA qualifications (QBE candidates will also be considered).
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
