Are you an experienced Management Accountant and you must have worked in Manufacturing who is looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Our client, a well-established, family-run company in Coalville, is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join their close-knit finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of financial processes, drive efficiencies, and contribute to the strategic financial direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage monthly Management Accounts
  • Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes
  • Oversee and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Maintain and improve the costing system to support accurate financial planning
  • Supervise payroll processes within the finance team
  • Ensure financial policies and procedures are current and effective
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial plans
  • Assist the Group Financial Director with budget management and forecasting
  • Oversee treasury functions, including loan administration
  • Provide accurate financial reports to the Board and Executive team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals
About You:
