In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for coordinating vehicle schedules and maintenance for demos, training, and support fleets. Other responsibilities involve managing customer-related processes like requests and agreements, and handles administrative tasks for used equipment sales.

This role would suit an experienced administrator or coordinator, ideally with a background in engineering, manufacturing or fleet industries.

The Role:

  • Coordinate fleet diaries for demos, training, and support
  • Arrange vehicle maintenance, repairs, and preparation
  • Manage support/hire requests, agreements, and damage processes
  • Handle used equipment quotes, sales, and related admin
  • Provide general administrative support and ensure safety


The Person:

  • Experience in an administrator / coordinator role
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS office packages
