£16.00 - £18.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver for our well-established client based in Coalville.
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate, offering excellent rates of pay.
Our client operates 24/7 so various start times available.

Day to Day Duties
• The Role involves Class 1 trunking around the UK from depot to depot and you may also be asked to do complete collections
• Reporting to transport manager to discuss run for the day
• Making sure the relevant checks are done on the truck prior to starting the day
• Ensure the paperwork is signed by the relevant people when delivering or collecting the goods
• Making sure the cab is kept in a tidy fashion at the end of the shift
Essential Skills
• Valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
• Good communication skills
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have Driver CPC, DQC card and Digi Tacho card
• No more than six points on Licence for minor endorsements and no major infringements
• Minimum of two years' experience driving CE vehicles
Desirable Experience
Knowledge of the UK road network
