Responsibilities
Visit our customer premisises and :
- Ensure 95% of scheduled sanitization and technical service is completed on time
- Ensure customer equipment is sanitized to contractual requirements in line with WHA guidelines and company standards
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded at time of competition
- Obtain customer signature to and authenticate competition of work
- Understand service metrics
- Liaise with Service Centre Management team
- Ensure vehicle is stocked with the correct amount of products
- Ensure appropriate driving behaviors are consistently adhered to
- Ensure company uniform is well presented and professional
Requirements
- Flexible working to ensure we maximize all opportunities
- UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Good customer service skills
