They are looking for an experienced leader with extensive Third sector experience across a number of functions.

You will lead the development of the strategic plan enabling the charity to grow their impact and enhance opportunities for disabled people.

We follow the social model of disability to work hard to remove barriers which can prevent disabled people reaching their goals.

You will need a Passion for equality and inclusion, and an excellent understanding of disability issues.

We work with over 600 people with disabilities, multiple agencies and stakeholders and our income is derived from delivering contracts with local authorities and traditional fundraising.
