We are seeking a talented CRM Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and sales growth through the effective management of CRM and lifecycle campaigns.

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.



Main Responsibilities

Day to day, the CRM Campaign Manager will be responsible for:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage a series of targeted CRM and lifecycle campaigns aimed at increasing basket size, driving loyalty, and converting offline customers to online.
  • CRM System Implementation: Play a key role in the planning and preparation of the successful implementation of Salesforce, providing guidance and support to marketing and sales teams.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • UAT Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the CRM system to ensure a smooth and error-free launch.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
