Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for their 3-bed learning disabilities service based in Coalville. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in the effective operation of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered
  • Support staff in implementing individual care plans and promoting the well-being of residents
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for all individuals in the service
  • Participate in a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, and undertake ad hoc on-call responsibilities as required

Shift Pattern:

  • 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
  • Shifts operate between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm

Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in a residential setting, particularly with learning disabilities
