The role of Project Manager Commercial Fit Out will involve:
Project Manager position dealing with high quality fit out projects for commercial spaces
Managing the projects from cradle to grave
Working closely with Tier 1 contractors, architects, & specifying consultants
Liaising regularly with Design, Pre-Construction and Installation teams
Attend pre contract and client meetings where required
Ensure the project is on schedule to be completed within the deadline and budgets
Responsible for financial elements of the projects ensuring that margins are maintained
Contact clients to deal with queries and resolve any issues
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Managing projects ranging in value up to circa £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager Commercial Fit Out with
Must have 2+ years project management experience within the commercial fit out / design & build market sector
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Full UK driving license and vehicle
Well presented, confident, and motivated individual
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
