What will the job involve?

We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter & A CNC Miller to join our clients long standing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in CNC machining. You will be responsible for setting up CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently, and producing high-quality parts that meet our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes and mills) according to specifications.

- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed.

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.

To be considered

- Proven experience as a CNC Setter or Miller

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles.

- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
