About the Role

We are expanding our state-of-the-art vehicle refurbishment centre and are looking for a Panel Technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire.

As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, priming, and preparing panels to the highest reconditioning standards. Using state-of-the-art equipment and products, you will ensure vehicles are restored to their best condition before moving on to the paint process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Repairing and preparing panels for refinishing, ensuring top-quality results.
  • Applying primer and surface treatments to maintain high standards.
  • Working with dent pulling equipment (desirable but not essential).
  • Using accident repair techniques to restore vehicle bodywork.
  • Collaborating with the cosmetic team leads to meet reconditioning goals.
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and performance standards.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Panel Technician with a passion for vehicle restoration. You should be confident in using the latest repair techniques and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Minimum Requirements:

? Full UK manual driving licence? Panel preparation experience? Primer application experience? Accident repair experience? Experience using dent pulling equipment (desirable but not essential)
