3 Days Per Weekend | 3 x 12-hour Shifts

Role Overview:
- Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 3 x 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 36 hours per weekend (Days Only)
Salary:
- Starting Wage: c£41,000
- Potential Increase: Up to £46,000 based on experience and expertise
- Proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to read and discuss Electrical Schematics
- Problem-solving skills that go beyond simple system resets
- Logical thinker with a positive, can-do attitude
- FMCG manufacturing background is preferred
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC or equivalent; time-served experience is also valued
