Role Overview:
- Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Week 2: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts (double days)
Salary:
- Starting Wage: c41,000
- Potential Increase: Up to 46,000 based on experience and expertise
What We're Looking For:
- Proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to read and discuss Electrical Schematics
- Effective problem-solving skills beyond basic system resets
- Logical thinker with a positive, proactive attitude
- FMCG manufacturing background preferred
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC or equivalent; time-served experience is also valued
