An excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance plumber in Coalville. You will join the Static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • NVQ level 2 PLumbing

Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites. Basic plumbing, working with air handling units and heating and hot water.

  • Worked on Mechanical Systems, Ventilation Systems
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
  • Worked on Steam Systems
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Water temperature checks
  • Fire alarm testing
