We are currently recruiting for a part time Project Worker to join a housing association in the East Midlands. This role will aim to provide support to the venerable.

The Project Worker will be responsible for:

Carrying out pre-tenancy interviews
Promoting independence with all customers
Be first point of contact for tenants
Arrange any repairs and monitor quality in all schemes
Complete health and safety, fire safety assessments
Advice tenants with money management/benefit issues

The ideal Project Worker will have to be:

From a supported housing background or previous experience
Good communication and leadership skills. Be able to show compassion and support to the venerable
Experience in helping people apply for benefits to maximise their income
Beneficial to have a full UK driving licence

We are also interested in seeing cvs from TSO, Supported Housing Officer, Housing officer.
