Senior PA Secretary

Full Time Permanent

Location: Coalville

Hours: Monday to Friday office hours

Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 depending on experience.

Our client is a highly established and profitable organisation with a huge presence across the UK being part of a larger group of companies. Due to organic growth since the 1980’s, a new opening has been created for a well organised and experienced Senior PA Secretary to join the business on a Full-Time permanent basis as a Senior PA Secretary supporting the Board of Directors.

As a Senior PA Secretary, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the success of the business through effective Administration support
  • Maintain close relationships with the Board of Directors as a Senior PA Secretary
  • Provide support as a Senior PA Secretary during board meetings such as taking minutes, distributing paperwork and chasing up actions.
  • Ensure maintenance and compliance checks are up to date as a Senior PA Secretary
  • Providing administration support during company audits
  • Letter writing
  • Implement and manage training and support.
  • Manage online selling platforms as a Senior PA Secretary
  • Be involved in GDPR Compliance management.
  • General secretarial duties such as organising meetings and accommodation as and when required.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the board of Directors as a Senior PA Secretary

As a Senior PA Secretary, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years + experience as a PA, Personal Assistant, Company Secretary or Secretary is ESSENTIAL
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fantastic attention to detail with ability to multitask as well as, be highly organised
  • Proactive mindset with the willingness to be actively involved
  • Flexible and a adaptable attitude to a varied role.
