Production Operatives Wanted In BARDON!

Logistics People are looking for Production Operatives with the opportunity to upkill to a Line Leader to join our team.

*** MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE ***

Location: Bardon, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 // 14:00 - 22:00 Fixed or Rotating Shifts Available 

Pay rate: £11.44 - £13.44 P/hr 

Position: Production Operative with the opportunity to upkill to a Line Leader 

As a Production Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

  • Packing orders in preparation for shipping.
  • Working as a team on a Production Line.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.
  • Handling stock respectfully.
  • Previous experience in the food manufacturing/packaging and awareness of Food Safety and Health and Safety protocols are essential for this role. 
  • Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI)
  • Effectively maximising production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis
  • Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations
  • Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensuring that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external
  • Ensuring GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to
