Hamilton Woods are currently working with a well established manufacturing business based in Coalville. As a Production Operative you will have strong level of practical ability & excellent communication skills.Duties & responsibilities:

  • Shredding large corrugated sheet waste.
  • Work well with others and be willing to participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely, and report any safety or hazard faults.
  • Respond quickly to machine failures and breakdowns, and inform relevant departments.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to.

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and willing to take part in problem solving and continuous improvement exercises.
  • Flexibility with a willingness to learn and embrace new skills.
  • Reliable hardworking ethic.
