Production Operative (Manufacturing Experience Required) – Coalville, Leicestershire

Salary: Hourly Equivalent: £15.30p/h - £17.57p/h (£11.82p/h, weekly bonus: Minimum £63.85 – Maximum £97.42, Weekly shift allowance days: £89.45 / Nights: £155.51)

Contract: Permanent

Shifts: 11-hour shifts Days (6am – 5pm) or Nights (6pm – 5am), includes working weekends:5 on 5 off (x2) 4 days on 4 days off (x2)

Holiday: 24 days per annum

This well-established company are looking to recruit multiple Production Operatives for their site in Coalville due to continued upturn in business. This company are looking for motivated, reliable individuals that have a desire and ability to learn as they are looking to take on staff permanently. Immediate Start

The Production Operative will be responsible for the following:

Operating a wide range of production machinery and heavy machinery (Training will be provided).
General Production Operative duties.
Upholding health and safety practices
Labouring and Cleaning across the site

The Production Operative must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

Have a good understanding of safety.
Experience operating machinery in a busy manufacturing plant
Be reliable and a good communicator.
Desire and ability to learn.
High work ethic.
