SF Recruitment are working with an exciting SME in Coalville in their search for a Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity within a fast paced & rapidly growing organisation. The position reports directly into a supportive Finance Director & will oversee a team of 3 in Finance. The ideal Finance Manager will be a qualified accountant, a progressive individual & someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial activities. The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while driving improvements in financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Supervise and support the finance team in all day-to-day financial operations.
- Take a proactive approach to working capital and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- To own the accurate and timely completion of weekly and monthly payroll.
- Ensure VAT returns are completed accurately, and the respective payments are made on time.
- Act as the primary contact for on-site auditors during the annual audit process.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare the annual accounts up to a finished Trial Balance for all companies within the group

Required
- A fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA/ACCA).
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong MS Excel skills and a solid understanding of ERP/Accounting systems.
- Professional, well-presented, and able to engage confidently with stakeholders.
