Our client is a successful and growing business in NW Leicestershire, known for their dynamic and forward-thinking approach. Due to this growth, they are looking to recruit an articulate and organised customer onboarding manager to oversee the onboarding of new customers, ensuring the process is smooth running. They are committed to providing exceptional service and support to their customers, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to customers.
  • Follow up on incoming leads and assess potential customers' suitability and scope.
  • Book meetings and schedule calls with the Managing Director.
  • Process associated paperwork, liaising with legal and finance parties and coordinating logistics.
  • Keep customers updated regarding their orders and pro-actively resolving any issues.
  • Progressing leads.
  • Maintain excellent communication and support throughout the onboarding process.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have significant experience in customer onboarding. You will have excellent communication skills, be commercially astute, and able to speak confidently with customers about the benefits of the product and service.

You will be administratively sound and be organised and confident in juggling multiple priorities.
