About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established company in Coalville, known for their commitment to quality and excellence in manufacturing. They are currently looking for dedicated factory operatives to support their operations on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production line, ensuring products meet high-quality standards.
• Operate machinery, manual pneumatic tools (e.g.,air drills, impact wrenches, and pneumatic grinders), and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret specification drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Perform quality checks, including measurements, and report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy when measuring and using tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Additional information:

Pay rate: £11.71 (upcoming compensation rate adjustment)

OT over 37.5h £17.56

OT Sunday £23.42

Shift pattern: 07:00-15:00 Monday to Friday

Assignment: Temp to perm after 12 weeks
