We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational and multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting our Sales Opeartions Lead and provide support for our Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:Support the internal sales team in the following areas:-
Generating quotes
Reviewing purchase orders under 'hold’
Collating and issuing of 'sample’ orders to customers (sample stocks for trials etc…)
Supporting the Sales Operations lead in order entry when needed
Supporting the Sales Operations lead with processing of Credit notes and 'order snags’ as required
Support the finance team with: -
o Complete tracker for Proof of deliveries & proof of collections to support the business finance function
Co-ordinate with the external sales team within the following areas:-
Supplying of marketing material to partners
Work with the Marketing co-ordinator to support external trade shows/events
