Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure optimal performance of production machinery.
- Provide proactive and reactive engineering services, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues quickly and efficiently.
- Assist in root cause analysis to enhance the reliability and performance of equipment and reduce downtime.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies.
- Work as part of a highly skilled team to maintain a high standard of plant performance.
What Were Looking For:
Education & Qualifications:
- Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent qualification),
Skills:
- Technologically proficient with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and making improvements.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a rapidly changing production environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
