Are you an experienced engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work weekends in a fast-paced production environment? Join our dedicated Engineering Maintenance team, where youll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure optimal performance of production machinery.
  • Provide proactive and reactive engineering services, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist in root cause analysis to enhance the reliability and performance of equipment and reduce downtime.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Work as part of a highly skilled team to maintain a high standard of plant performance.


What Were Looking For:

Education & Qualifications:

  • Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent qualification),


Skills:

  • Technologically proficient with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying root causes and making improvements.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a rapidly changing production environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
