 What You Will Do:

- Perform precise measurements using the Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex 9106 CMM.

- Generate detailed inspection reports using Mitutoyo's MCOSMOS V4.2 software.

- Conduct inspections of manufactured parts to ensure compliance with specified tolerances and customer requirements.

- Set up new jobs on the CMM, ensuring correct fixture alignment and program selection.

- Produce and analyse inspection reports, providing data-driven insights to support quality control.

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve measurement discrepancies and improve manufacturing processes.

 What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience operating CMM machines, particularly Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex 9106.

- Proficiency in Mitutoyo MCOSMOS V4.2 software for measurement and reporting.

- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting.
