Client Details
Private sector organisation with a large commercial facility
Description
- General repairs and maintenance on the facility
- Use hand tools to fix issues to maintain the buildings in a good state of repair
- Additionally, you will assemble furniture, hang pictures, and install shelves
- Use the Building Management System, maintain accurate records of property assets
- You will assist the Workplace Manager in monitoring service standards for Security, Cleaning, Catering, M&E, and other suppliers
Profile
- You have experience working within various disciplines, including building and equipment maintenance, security, catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and post room operations
- . You possess a good awareness of health, safety, and environmental requirements, along with an understanding of technical services and premises management
Job Offer
3 month temporary contract - possibility to extend
35 hours per week
