About the Role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring that all children have the resources and support they need to succeed. You will assist with general classroom duties, provide 1:1 or small group support where required, and help promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in the planning and delivery of lessons
Provide general classroom support to help children with their learning and development
Offer 1:1 or small group support to students who need additional help
Support the creation and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
Foster a positive learning environment and assist with classroom management
Encourage children's confidence and social development

Ideal Candidate:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school is essential
A relevant qualification in education (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable
Must have or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the Update Service
A proactive, patient, and caring approach with a passion for supporting children's learning
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
