Role & Responsibilities:Maintenance Team Leader

To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
To lead and support a maintenanceteam (electrical/mechanical)
To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults
Where required support, prioritise system faults
To accurately record all work undertaken
Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
Demonstrate strong communication skill-sets with 3rd party client or direct client.

Qualifications:Maintenance Team Leader

ONC OR HNCin Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bscor Msc)
Experience in previously managing a team (desirable)
A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
