Role & Responsibilities:Maintenance Team Leader

  • To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
  • To lead and support a maintenanceteam (electrical/mechanical)
  • To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
  • Diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC faults
  • Where required support, prioritise system faults
  • To accurately record all work undertaken
  • Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
  • Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate strong communication skill-sets with 3rd party client or direct client.

Qualifications:Maintenance Team Leader

  • ONC OR HNCin Electrical / Mechanical Engineering OR BTEC Engineering or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bscor Msc)
  • Experience in previously managing a team (desirable)
  • A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
  • Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
