      • 4 GCSEs A-C/4-9. Two of these should be Maths and English.

    • Continuously evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify and implement more efficient and cost-effective processes.
    • Accomplish improved overall efficiencies and outcomes while maintaining employee safety and upholding product quality standards.
    • Keep abreast of current industry practice, new equipment etc.
    • Work effectively with the wider Vistry Works teams and personnel to enable optimum and most cost effective production solutions. most innovative advances available.
    • Make recommendations of best practice or alternative manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvements by reducing cycle times, process variations, defects, set up times etc.
    • Create and manage quality supporting data to demonstrate productivity, manning and throughput.
    • Support improvement projects using LEAN deployment, 5S, 6S and Continuous Improvement methods
    • Coordinate and monitor planned maintenance schedules with site Maintenance Engineers.
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory HSE requirements and Vistry Works specific initiatives.
    • Support and manage new machinery and equipment installation projects in full from initial requirement/concept through to completion.
