We have an exciting opportunity for an Innovation Experience Coordinator to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Bardon office in Leicestershire. As our Innovation Experience Coordinator, you will be pivotal to the ongoing success of the Vistry Innovation Centre (VIC), an interactive and demonstration platform that is unique within the UK house building industry. You will be the face of the Vistry Innovation Centre, providing detailed and informative tours of both the VIC and Vistry Works’ timber frame factory facility in the East Midlands, you will be fully trained on this by the team. You’ll be confident that you can deliver a fantastic visitor experience to a variety of audiences, ranging from internal employees to stakeholders, our supply chain, VIP visitors and beyond. The role will also provide administrative support to the Technical Innovation team, ensuring the smooth running of the team, its strategy and associated events.

    • Primary tour guide for the VIC and Vistry Works.
    • Have a first-class approach to arranging and supporting meetings, managing and leading events, and organising catering as required with Vistry Works’ office manager.
    • Working with the wider business to support key business development opportunities, managing calendars, take ownership of invites to the innovation centre and track invites/responses.
    • Management of presentation material and literature for VIPs.
    • Manage the day-to-day running of the VIC, including general housekeeping, water management, operational functionality and associated health and safety checklists.
    • Work with the team on future iterations of the VIC.
    • Support the team with data and insights for reporting by monitoring performance figures, write monthly reports with recommendations to include maintenance, new ideas and actions.
    • Liaise with Vistry Works’ office manager to coordinate dates for factory and VIC tours.
    • Provide administrative support to Technical Innovation team members, including liaising with internal and external suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Support the team in raising purchase orders.
    • Carry out reception duties for VIP visits as necessary, and support Vistry Works’ office manager.
    • Attend team meetings as required.
    • Ensure you understand the company's health and safety policies and procedures observe them at all times.
    • Report any accidents or near misses immediately to your manager and record them in the Vistry works accident book.
    • Wear appropriate protective clothing on site at all times.
    • Attend health and safety training as required by the company.
