We're looking for an experienced Repairs Operations Manager to join a local Housing Provider on an interim basis for 6-9 months and oversee the day to day repairs operations covering Chesterfield to Northampton (Predominantly Derby & Leicester).

Description

  • Manage 6 supervisors and their operatives across various locations.

  • Oversee reactive repairs and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Focus on tenant satisfaction and meeting consumer standards.

  • Ensure KPIs and performance targets are met, with a strong focus on results.

  • Manage budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.

  • Use data and Power BI for performance tracking and reporting.

Role Flexibility:

  • 2-3 days per week in the office with flexibility for home working and site visits as required.

  • Locations span across Chesterfield to Northampton, with the majority of work based in Derby and Leicester.

Profile

  • Experience in managing reactive repairs with from either DLO or contractor backgrounds.

  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.

  • Familiarity with tenant satisfaction metrics and consumer standards.

  • Excellent ability to work with budgets and KPIs to improve operational outcomes.
