- Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - NIGHTS
- Location: Coalville
- Salary: £46,050 per annum (£47429 - £49271 once fully competent)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 21:30 - 05:30
We are seeking Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join our busy manufacturing company based in Coalville. The ideal candidate will be qualified within a Mechanical Engineering field, ideally apprentice trained or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, repairing, and upgrading equipment and systems
- Carrying out preventive maintenance to minimise equipment downtime
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults and malfunctions
- Updating documentation and reports
- Collaborating with other departments and engineers to improve processes and equipment performance
Requirements:
- Has an engineering qualification, ideally NVQ3/ Apprenticeship or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance engineer ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
