Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and SMT

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Bardon, Leicestershire- Office Based

We are excited to be working with a growing and dynamic business in Leicestershire, in supporting the recruitment for a driven and pro-active Executive Assistant to support and equally driven MD, and their business as a whole. This company has experienced significant growth, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and are now expanding into new markets.

In order to support continued growth, the MD now needs to recruit an EA on a permanent basis. The position will be varied and include responsibilities in Health & Safety management, HR administration, and a broad range of administrative and executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.

Manage correspondence and field calls on behalf of the MD.

Assist with the preparation and proof-reading of marketing materials and legal documents.

Maintain and manage spreadsheets, ensuring a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel and ideally Google Sheets.

Take minutes and prepare reports for internal team meetings.

Support the implementation and testing of various software solutions.

To act as the linchpin of the office and deputise for the MD when required.

About You:

Proven experience of EA support to an entrepreneur within a growing business.

Team-player with a sense of humour!

Strong attention to detail with copywriting and proof-reading skills.

High level of competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to learn new systems quickly and support their implementation.

Competent in taking minutes and preparing reports.

Ability to thrive in a busy environment and adapt to rapid change.
